How a canli.link word auction works

Understand the minimum bid, one-time payment, live placement and what happens when someone outbids you.

Choose a word that fits

The Live wall lists words such as /ai, /design and /launch. Open a word to see its current project and minimum next bid. Choose a word that describes what visitors will find, then provide a project name, destination URL and tile color. Your project’s public page is separate from your private payment and analytics pages.

One payment, no fixed term

The displayed amount is a one-time bid in USD. There is no ten-day rental, recurring subscription or promised number of visits. After a successful qualifying payment, your project leads until another qualifying bid replaces it or the placement is removed. Check the current minimum on the word page because the opening price and bid increment can change.

Payment confirms the place

Starting checkout does not reserve the word. The site verifies payment with Stripe and checks the current minimum again. If another payment has already raised the minimum above your bid, or the word becomes unavailable, your payment enters the refund flow instead of publishing an ineligible placement. Your payment page shows the resulting status.

When someone outbids you

The newer project becomes the live placement. Your original campaign keeps its own archive address and recorded results. An old campaign link leads to its own archive rather than quietly switching to a different project. A placement that has already gone live is not automatically refunded just because someone later outbids it.

Measure and adjust

Open My spaces to see your campaigns, payment states and insights. Compare visits and outbound clicks with results on your own website. A paid placement is discovery space, not a promise of search rankings or conversions. Choose the next bid based on the value your actual visitors bring.
